Due to inclement weather, Selmaville School will be dismissing at 2:00 today, Wednesday, April 2.

This is a reminder there will be no school, Tuesday, April 1, due to Selmaville School being used as a polling location for Election Day. School will resume Wednesday, April 2.

A reminder that the winter sports awards ceremony for athletes grades 3rd - 8th will be Wednesday, March 26, at 6:00 pm in the gym.
Mrs. Eastin’s 7th and 8th grade career exploration classes welcomed a special and unique presenter, Riley Mays, an 18-year-old content creator who shared insights from his many adventures. Over the past year, he has photographed so much excitement within the music industry.

A few reminders for the week of March 17 through March 21:
IAR Testing will be held this week March 18 through March 20 for 3rd through 8th grade. Please encourage your child(ren) to get plenty of sleep each night, eat a nutritious breakfast each morning, and do their best.
Volleyball Regionals begin Tuesday evening, March 18, with Selmaville as the host school. Selmaville plays at 8:00 pm.
Last, Friday, March 21 is an 11:30 Student Dismissal Day.

There will be no school on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. April 1 is election day and Selmaville School is a polling location. With that being said, we must make up that student attendance day. Spring Break will be changed to Monday, April 14 through Friday, April 18. School will resume on Monday, April 21.
Again, Spring Break will be changed from April 14 - April 21 to April 14 - April 18 with school resuming on Monday, April 21.

Selmaville won the OBC Volleyball Tournament at Raccoon Wednesday night knocking off Willow Grove/St Mary in the finals 25-16, 25-14. Brylee Carter and Dylann Rosenthal had 9 points each. Selmaville also went 7-0 in the regular season conference matches as well.

Just a reminder family reading night is tonight from 5:45-6:45 for grades pre-K through 4th grade.
The Red Cross presented an assembly to Selmaville students today about the importance of blood donations. Every student is bringing home a flier with information on how anyone 16 or older can sign up for Selmaville's Blood Drive to be held next Thursday, March 13th from 2:00-6:00 pm. Everyone who donates blood will get a free A1C test and a $10 Amazon gift card. Plus, if you mention that you are donating on behalf of a Selmaville student, that student will get a rubber frisbee.
